Double Chocolate Chunk Mint Cookies

2 cups flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. peppermint extract
6 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

350 for 8 minutes
