Kristen Edinger's Chocolate Chip Cookies

12 Tbs unsalted butter.  (Melted, cooled a little)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar

Mix together.  Add:

1 egg + 1 yolk
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift together:

2 cups + 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Slowly add in dry ingredients.  Add 1 heaping cup chocolate chips.  Bake about 1/4 cup size.  325 for 16 to 17 minutes
